About Aubrey

I’ve always seen homes for what they could become.

I’m Aubrey Ingman—an interior designer, real estate broker, wife, and mom based in the Tri-Cities, Washington.

My career has given me the opportunity to experience homes from both sides: helping clients navigate the luxury real estate market and working alongside homeowners, builders, and trades to create beautiful spaces through new construction, remodels, and interior design.

That combination has shaped the way I see a home. I notice the details that make a space beautiful, but I’m equally interested in how it functions, how it feels, and the life that will happen within it. I can walk into an existing home and envision what it could become, or step into a set of plans and begin thinking through the details that will eventually make it feel personal.

DESIGNER + BROKER

My work in design and real estate naturally overlap.

For real estate clients

For my real estate clients, a design background allows me to look beyond what’s immediately in front of us—to recognize potential, understand where changes can make an impact, and help clients envision a property as their own.

For design clients

For my design clients, my experience in real estate brings another layer of perspective to the decisions we make. I understand both the emotional value of creating a home you love and the importance of making thoughtful investments in it.

From finding the right property to creating the spaces within it, I love being able to help clients see what’s possible—and make it home.

A LITTLE MORE PERSONAL

Home has always meant more to me than beautiful rooms.

I’m a wife and mom, and much of my perspective on design comes from the way my own family actually lives in our home—the everyday routines, the people gathered around the kitchen island, the messes, the celebrations, and all of the ordinary moments in between.

It’s why I believe a home can be elevated and thoughtfully designed without ever feeling too precious to live in.

When I’m not working with clients, you’ll usually find me with my family, working on our own home, getting outside, or dreaming up the next project.

For me, the best homes aren’t simply beautiful. They’re the ones that make you want to stay awhile.
