Perched above the valley with expansive views, Valley View Residence is a custom new construction project designed around its setting, natural light, and the way the homeowners want to live.

Aubrey Ingman Collective was brought into the project to assist with the home’s hard finish selections and interior design, helping create a cohesive material and finish direction throughout the new build.

The scope includes selections and design guidance for the home’s permanent finishes, including flooring, cabinetry, countertops, tile, plumbing fixtures, hardware, lighting, paint, and other architectural details. Each selection was considered not only individually, but in relation to the home as a whole so that the finished spaces feel intentional and connected.

With dramatic ceiling heights, expansive windows, black-framed doors and windows, and incredible views across the valley, the architecture provides a strong contemporary foundation. The interior direction is intended to soften that architecture through warmth, texture, natural materials, and thoughtfully layered finishes.

In addition to the hard finishes, Aubrey Ingman Collective is completing the furnishing and styling of the great room, selecting furniture, textiles, lighting, rugs, accessories, and finishing details that will bring warmth and livability to the large-scale space while allowing the architecture and surrounding landscape to remain central to the design.

This project is currently under construction, and the images shown document the process from framing through finish installation. Final photography will be added upon completion.
